What to expect….A comfortable, informal, cosy and homelike experience.
Yoga to open up a dialogue between your mind/body - you will be invited to connect to the calm and easy flow of your breath, taking you into a mindful state to self-soothe and nurture. Julie is qualified to teach Hatha, Slow Flow Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra on these retreats.
Personal Development Coaching sessions encourage you to stock take your current situation and life choices, Julie will support and challenge you to see what is holding you back from being your best self and bring into focus more positive, sustaining strategies
Homecooked meals with produce that's all locally grown and sourced. The focus will be on real food that feeds the body and soul with no fads. You get to approve your menu in advance.

Tune in with
Silent walks to tune into yourself and the surrounding countryside, tune up with jogging or cycling along the Forest Way, a tree-lined path takes you through the heart of the East Sussex countryside, through small fields and farms among wooded, rolling hills. Or walk up onto the Forest with its spectacular vistas and sunsets.
Rest if your body is telling you to withdraw, and settle into stillness, you can curl up with a good book, there is an extensive library of yoga books to feed your curiosity.
Treatments you can add another element of relaxation and deepen your healing experience. I select local therapists who use energy healing and flow as part of every treatment, so whether you are having a deep tissue massage or Reiki healing, you will be encouraged to release and deeply relax. This element of the retreat is charged separately payment made to the individual therapist.
